Vocal Lessons

I have been a proud vocal teacher for over 10 years and my students have achieved numerous awards at NATS competitions, State Solo and Ensemble, All-State and Access Broadway competitions. I have proudly watched countless students as they performed leading roles in local and regional productions and feel honored to be able to guide them through the process of auditioning for collegiate and professional programs.

Although many of my students achieve numerous awards and accolades, I firmly believe that vocal lessons can be beneficial for any aspiring singer, no matter the skill or experience level.

Teaching Philosophy

My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that singing is a deeply human form of expression that nurtures both the body and spirit. I am passionate about teaching students of all ages and skill levels, guiding each person to discover the unique beauty and power of their own personal instrument.

In my studio, I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where exploration, growth and fun are at the heart of every lesson. Singing can cultivate musical skill and also foster personal confidence and emotional well-being. Weather a student is preparing for a performance, pursuing personal enrichment, or singing purely for the love of music, I meet each student where they are and celebrate their personal journey.

Vocal Technique

I build every singer’s voice on a foundation of healthy classical technique, rooted in the principles of bel canto singing. This timeless approach develops freedom, strength and beauty of tone, while providing the flexibility to sing across genres. Because I also perform in jazz, rock, and musical theatre, I guide students in adapting their technique to suit a variety of styles - always with vocal health, artistry, and authentic expression at the center.
